My Mom's side of the family has been plagued with Alzheimer's so this is a cause very close to my heart. At age 15, I saw my grandfather die from this horrible disease after having his memories taken from him one by one. He was the oldest of 10 siblings and each one has systematically being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. So far it has NOT been passed to my Mom or any of her siblings. Happy to spread the word about this #1 blog and I pray for each of you who is touched by Alzheimer's diesease in any way.
