You might choose to make your diary like a journal and post your daily life. Make your pain diary what you need and want. Anything that can help you express your pain in a comfortable way, works for you and is healthy.

Than others can find you. Meeting someone that shares your condition(s) or your symptoms, will help to fight the natural tendency we all have to isolate ourselves while we are in pain.
